Job Description - HR Admin Assistant

HR Admin Assistant

Description

  • Coordinate ticket booking for vacations and business trips, negotiate with travel agents for best prices, and maintain records in the tracking Excel.
  • Manage company vehicle allocations and monitor transportation-related expenses.
  • Enroll employees in medical insurance programs and organize and compile their medical records.
  • Serve as the document controller for all HR-related records, including employment contracts and official letters such as demand letters, acceptance letters, and embassy letters.
  • Create job offers and contracts for new hires.
  • Monitor and update HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with changes mandated by management and government regulations.
  • Assist in updating HR and administrative forms as advised.
  • Liaise with government agencies such as Gosi, Moqeem, and the Ministry of Labor to ensure compliance with labor legislation and facilitate various HR processes.
  • Handle all logistics for international training programs, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or human resource role.

Skills and knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
