Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR & Admin Assistant to join our Human Resources department. This role offers hands-on exposure to all HR areas, with a focus on HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, in addition to providing administrative support to the CEO whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:

• Support the day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee requests and inquiries.
  


• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  


• Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment letters, contracts, and internal memos.
  


• Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees.
  


• Assist in processing HR transactions related to leaves, benefits, medical insurance, and government procedures.

Recruitment:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through online channels and job platforms.
  


• Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
  


• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  


• Maintain and update candidate records and the recruitment tracker.
  


• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions.

Employee Engagement:

• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  


• Support internal communication initiatives and announcements.
  


• Assist in gathering employee feedback through surveys and help analyze the results.
  

Administration:

• Support workplace management, including coordinating office needs, supplies, and facilities to ensure a well-organized work environment.
  


• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and following up on requests.
  


• Provide administrative support to management when needed, including calendar management and task follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  


• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
  


• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  


• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  


• Attention to detail and accuracy.
  


• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  


• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
  


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  


• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is a plus.
  


• Previous involvement in student activities, volunteering, or event organization is a plus.
