We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR and Admin Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role within the Kingdom, with a strong command of Saudi HR and labor laws, Wage Protection System (WPS), and other employee-related regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, in both Arabic and English, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions in a fast-paced retail and distribution environment.
The role will report directly to the Finance Manager.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Human Resources
Handle the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
Administer the Wage Protection System (WPS) and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and related documentation in both Arabic and English.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Coordinate with the PRO/Muqeem for visa processing, Iqama renewals, transfers, and other government relations tasks.
Monitor Saudization compliance and support initiatives to meet nationalization targets.
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee training and development initiatives.
Support internal audits and maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including office supplies, company assets, and general facilities.
Manage document control, filing systems, and employee records in line with compliance standards.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for employee logistics and administrative support needs.
Ensure health and safety compliance within the office and coordinate insurance and legal documentation as needed.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources position within Saudi Arabia.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi HR Law, Labor Law, WPS, and all employee-related legal requirements.
Fluent in both Arabic and English — reading, writing, and speaking.
Experience in handling HR and admin functions in a retail and distribution company.
Strong understanding of Saudi government portals and systems (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.).
Female (Indian/Pakistani Nationality).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/systems.
