Support the HR Supervisor in performing Onboarding and HR operations activities as per business requirements and company goals.Responsibilities & Duties
Support in arranging new joiner orientationAssist in conducting new joiner orientation for respective entitiesAssist in the preparation of employment contracts as per Saudi labor lawExecute the onboarding process in a timely mannerAssist in creating a new joiner’s fileProcess employee’s leave requests and update their informationAssist in the addition and removal of employees in the GOSI systemAssist in the registration of work-related injuries in GOSISupport in payroll processes as and when neededProcess employees’ loans and advance requestsIssue employee letters and salary certificatesAssist in the calculation and settling of the End of Service Benefits (ESB)Participate in employee engagement and cultural activitiesSupport in coordinating and executing HR eventsProcess employee’s attendance and overtimeUpdate all employees’ data in the databaseArchive all employees’ documents in their personal files and ensure to maintain them properly and safelyArchive employee information and documents electronicallyProcess the issuance and renewal of licenses, Iqamas, and labor cardsIssue and renew all kinds of Visas e.g. new Visas, exit/re-entry visas, visit Visas, etc.Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstancesDesired Experience:2years of experienceLogistics and Supply chain experience preferredEducation
