HR Generalist

Seed Consulting is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our clients across a wide range of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  
• Coordinate recruitment projects for multiple clients.
  
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and employee documentation.
  
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics.
  
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal policies.
  
• Provide day-to-day HR support to clients and employees.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
  
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Experience using ATS or HR systems is preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
