Job Description HR Manager (Riyadh - Jeddah)
ACC need HR Managers with 4-6 years of experience in HR & operation
- Implements approved HR policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of HR to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures
- Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures
- Investigates and advises both management and employees on HR matters, preparing briefing papers as required ensuring effective relations
- Coaches junior staff carrying out assigned tasks to contribute to their development
- Ensures that HR practices are being carried out effectively through consulting with other departments to ensure that HR services are being met
- Makes decisions on hiring of entry level employees and ensures effectiveness of hiring process
- Participates in recruitment process, placing internal and external ads, short listing candidates, and preparing documentation
- Helps in the development and modification of training programs in order to ensure effective selection and implementation of courses
- Investigates and resolves more complex employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management to ensure HR responsiveness to meeting organizational needs
