Job Description - HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Saudi National HR Manager to join HEISCO team in Saudi Arabia (Al Khobar).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on navigating governmental platforms and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.

-Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.

-Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with local hiring practices and regulations.

-Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

-Coordinate with government ministries and departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements and obtain necessary permits and licenses.

-Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and advise senior management on potential impacts.

-Handle employee benefits administration, including private medical insurance, annual leave, and social security (GOSI) in accordance with local regulations.

-Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company internal policy and procedures.

Skills

  • Has superior managerial and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Cheerful individual with a knack of motivating individuals and converting employees into long-term assets.
  • Proficient in handling delicate workforce issues and conflicts with a preferred experience in the same.
  • Must be Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or master’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws, regulations, and governmental platforms.
  • Experience working with government agencies and departments, such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Worked Previously in EPC companies and contracts with ARAMCO
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
