Description
Our client is looking to hire anHR Manager for their facility in Jeddah KSA. This role isresponsible for ensuring the proper implementation of HR policiesstrategies objectives recruitment performance management training& development government relations and talent management.Ideally the best talent in this role gets promoted to the countrylevel with responsibility for 3 facilities in a years time.
Maintasks:
Manage the staffing processincluding recruiting interviewing hiring andonboarding;
Ensure job descriptions are up todate and compliant with all local state and federalregulations;
Develop training materials andperformance management programs to help ensure employees understandtheir job responsibilities;
Investigateemployee issues and conflicts and bring them toresolution;
Ensure the organizationscompliance with local state and federalregulations;
Use performance management toolsto provide guidance and feedback to the team;
Ensure all company HR policies are appliedconsistently;
Maintain company organizationcharts and employee directory;
Partner withmanagement to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with businessinitiatives;
Maintain HR systems andprocesses;
Conduct performance and salaryreviews;
Provide support and guidance to HRstaff;
Analyze trends in compensation andbenefits;
Design and implement employeeretention strategies.

You are a healthcare HR professionalliving in the KSA and at the start of your career.
