HR Manager - Aviation Industry

Eram Talent is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our Aviation Industry client. Our company specializes in delivering top-tier recruitment solutions across multiple sectors including Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes tailored specifically to the aviation sector, ensuring compliance, employee development, and strategic HR management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the aviation company.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top aviation industry talent.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, aviation regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and coordinate training and development programs.
• Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives that improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Handle compensation and benefits administration tailored to the aviation sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in HR management, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, aviation regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership skills with experience managing HR teams.
