HR MANAGER - HOSPITALITY
HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
MUST BE SAUDI NATIONAL
BASED IN JEDDAH
Food People have partnered with a leading hospitality operator in their search for a HR Manager to join their team based in Jeddah. The role will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes including onboarding, payroll, training and employee engagement. It will report into the HR Director and will support business needs to ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, schedule, and conduct technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance.
- Creating and maintaining an updated HR manual.
- Create an effective talent attraction and retention plan.
- Development of human resource management plans for employment succession program.
- Building a training and development plan alongside operational training manuals.
- Maintain and constantly update the HR systems and database.
- Overseeing all employee on-boarding and recruitment process.
- Overseeing all payroll procedures along with Finance department.
- Keep up to date with market trends to understand compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
KEY INGREDIENTS
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent understanding of HR labour laws and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High energy with a passion for building relationships.
- Passion for the F&B industry would be an advantage.
- Ability to work at senior level and build HR strategy to support the business expansion.
- Must be Saudi national due to Saudisation.
