Responsibilities:
Visa Processing:
1.Coordinate and oversee the visa application process for employeesensuring accuracy and compliance withregulations.
2.Liaise with immigration authorities and legal counsel to facilitatesmooth visaprocessing.
3.Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws andregulations.
EmployeeAttendance:
1.Maintain accurate records of employee attendance including leaverequests andabsences.
2.Monitor attendance patterns and address any issues ordiscrepancies.
3.Implement attendance policies and procedures to ensurecompliance.
GrievanceHandling:
1.Serve as a point of contact for employees to address grievances andconcerns.
2.Conduct impartial investigations into employee complaints anddisputes.
3.Work towards resolving grievances in a fair and timely manner whileadhering to company policies and legalrequirements.
Recruitment andOnboarding:
1.Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing and screeningcandidates to making joboffers.
2.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs anddevelop jobdescriptions.
3.Conduct orientation sessions and oversee the onboarding process fornewhires.
HROperations:
1.Oversee daily HR operations including but not limited to payrollprocessing benefits administration and HRISmaintenance.
2.Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws andregulations.
3.Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HRrelatedmatters.
4.Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhanceefficiency andeffectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
- Provenexperience in HR roles with a focus on visa processing attendancemanagement grievance handling recruitment andonboarding.
- Strongunderstanding of HR principles and practices including employmentlaw andcompliance.
- Excellentcommunication interpersonal and problemsolvingskills.
- Abilityto multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Proficiencyin HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS OfficeSuite.
