Job Description - (HR Onboarding Coordinator Tamheer Program)

Job Specifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources.
  2. Experience: Co-op training is accepted for ideal TAMHEER trainee.
  3. Job location: Jeddah, KSA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with recruitment Interviews Appointments.
  2. Coordinating new hire onboarding.
  3. Coordinating medical checkup appointments.
  4. Preparing needed letters related to onboarding.
  5. Request new laptops
  6. Coordinating employee training appointments.
  7. Assisting in preparing new joiner welcoming announcement.
  8. Acknowledgment of starting work date letter.
  9. Completing HR checklist new employee file.
  10. Issue Job Descriptions.

Skills required:

  1. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Attention to detail.
  3. Organization skills.
  4. Establish & maintain working relationships.
  5. Good usage for Microsoft Office applications.
