Job Description Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.
Provide expertise and insights to the HR policies and Org. Development Manager on various topics pertaining to HR policies and programs.
1. Assist HR Service Manager in planning and administering all personnel functions which includes, but not limited to, recruiting actions, issuance of, change of job status, performance records, training activities, leaves of absence and terminations.
2. Conducts a wide range of activities related to assigning work to subordinates, tracking progress, provide mentorship and coaching and advise on the final work product quality.
3. Identifies developmental and training needs to subordinates and ensure there are 100% work coverage in the team in case of vacations and out of company assignments.
4. Ensure that the client`s`s policies and procedures are in compliance with Saudi labor laws, and update the client`s`s regulations to meet local and international standards.
5. Ensure proper communication between benefits payroll and HR policies such as: sick leaves, vacations etc.
6. Conduct special studies and investigate individual or group employee problems such as those related to work conditions, and recommend appropriate actions according to industry best practices.
7. Responsible for maintenance of policies, and the client HR Manual revisions on regular basis.
