• Administercompensation and benefitplans
  

• Assistin talent acquisition and recruitmentprocesses
  

• Conductemployee onboarding and help organize training &developmentinitiatives
  

• Providesupport to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves andcompensation and resolve any issues that mayarise
  

• PromoteHR programs to create an efficient and conflictfreeworkplace
  

• Assistin development and implementation of human resourcepolicies
  

• Undertaketasks around performancemanagement
  

• Gatherand analyze data with useful HR metrics like time to hire andemployee turnoverrates
  

• Organizequarterly and annual employee performancereviews
  

• Maintainemployee files and records in electronic and paperform
  

• Enhancejob satisfaction by resolving issues promptly applying new perksand benefits organizing team building activities and employeesevents
  

• Ensurecompliance with laborregulations
  

Requirements

• Provenexperience as an HRGeneralist
  
• Understandingof general human resources policies andprocedures
  
• Goodknowledge of employment/laborlaws
  
• Outstandingknowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be aplus
  
• Excellentcommunication and peopleskills
  
• Aptitudeinproblemsolving
  
• Desireto work as a team with a resultdrivenapproach
  
• BSc/BAin Business administration or relevantfield
  
• AdditionalHR training will be aplus
