– Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and reconciliations
– Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
– Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies and procedures
– Ensure compliance with local regulations related to payroll and benefits
– Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
– Collaborate with the HR team to implement process improvements and best practices
– Responsible for managing government systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and meeting government deadlines and requirements
– Handle other HR tasks as assigned
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations and payroll
– Excellent written and spoken command of both English and Arabic languages
– Strong knowledge of government systems and regulations related to HR
– Proficiency in Jisr system is preferable
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
