Job Title:  HR Specialist

Job Summary: The HR Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and personnel services. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a background in Human Resource Management and Business Administration, capable of multitasking and collaborating effectively within team environments.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration with a high GPA (3.40 out of 4)

Experience Required: 3 years  in HR Specialist roles, particularly in maintenance and operations projects and in Human Resource Development, including tracking KPIs and supporting recruitment processes.
