Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment law.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in HRIS and other related software.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
