HRIS Specialist

Description

• Manage and maintain the integrity of our HRIS, including employee records, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping data
• Develop and implement strategies to improve data accuracy and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical support and training to HR and other employees on HRIS processes and functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and optimizations
• Generate and analyze HR-related reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HRIS administration

Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of HR processes and regulations
• Proficiency in HRIS software such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
