الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الوظيفة هو إدارة عمليات الموارد البشرية والإدارية، مع التركيز على استقطاب الكفاءات وتطوير الموظفين

Job Duties and Responsibilities

إدارة عمليات الموارد البشرية
استقطاب الكفاءات
تطوير الموظفين
التواصل الفعال
إدارة عمليات التوظيف
تقييم أداء الموظفين
تنسيق برامج التدريب
الإشراف على الإجراءات الإدارية
إنشاء لائحة نظام عمل داخلي

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

خبرة في إدارة الموارد البشرية
القدرة على استقطاب وتطوير الكفاءات
مهارات قوية في التواصل
معرفة بالتشريعات والأنظمة الخاصة بسوق العمل السعودي
خبرة في إدارة عمليات التوظيف
القدرة على تقييم أداء الموظفين
القدرة على تنسيق برامج التدريب
خبرة في الإشراف على الإجراءات الإدارية
القدرة على إنشاء لائحة نظام عمل داخلي
