Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Maintain and improve performance management systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
