Hydraulic Technician

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Hydraulic Technician in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization seeking skilled and motivated professionals to maintain and repair hydraulic systems used in trucks and heavy vehicles. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose hydraulic system faults in trucks and heavy equipment.
  
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic components.
  
• Repair and replace hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses.
  
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
  
• Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams.
  
• Test hydraulic systems after repairs to ensure proper operation.
  
• Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
  
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
  

Required Skills

• Hydraulic system troubleshooting for heavy vehicles.
  
• Truck and heavy equipment maintenance experience.
  
• Preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
  
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
  
• Safe use of workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international fleet maintenance.
  
• Knowledge of heavy equipment hydraulics.
  
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Hydraulic Technician, preferably in truck or heavy vehicle maintenance. Experience in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems in industrial or transport environments is essential.

Education

• Minimum: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Automobile or related field (typical)
  
• Preferred: Diploma in Hydraulic/Mechanical Engineering
  
• Additional Certifications: Hydraulic maintenance certifications (if available)
