Hypermarket Manager

The Hypermarket Manager is responsible for leading all store operations to ensure outstanding customer experience, operational excellence, strong financial performance, and full compliance with Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets’ standards, policies, and values. This role oversees staff management, merchandising, inventory control, customer service, safety, and overall store efficiency.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail or hypermarket sector.
• The last 3 years must be in a Hypermarket Branch Manager position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, category management, merchandising, inventory control, and store performance drivers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational and financial targets.
