Summary: SailPoint Developer/Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient IAM solutions that meet business requirements.

• Develop and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now Hybrid solutions in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand identity and access management needs, providing technical expertise and solutions.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes, access request workflows, certification campaigns, and entitlement management within SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now.
• Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and rules.
• Implement access provisioning and de-provisioning processes for various applications and systems.
• Utilize middleware for integration and develop web services and RESTful API to facilitate seamless integration with target systems and applications.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and other SAP modules.
• Migrate SAP IDM services to SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business processes.
• Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now with BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity and access management.
• Implement and manage password management solutions within SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now.
• Stay current with SailPoint product updates and industry best practices to enhance the effectiveness of identity governance.
  Reporting / Audit / Integration with SIEM solution
• Installation and Configuration of SOD landscape (Environement Developement / Quality / Production and DR)
• Backup and Restore of SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now system.
• Develop SOW for onbarding Target Applications, End-User Instructions, Operational Guide and Design Document.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now Developer with expertise in identity lifecycle management, access request, certification, entitlement, RBAC, access provisioning, and password management.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Knowledge of identity and access management principles, best practices, and industry standards.
• Experience using middleware for integration.
• Proficiency in developing web services and utilizing APIs to integrate with target systems and applications.
• Expertise in SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, HCM, CRM, BW, SRM, GRC and other SAP modules.
• Experience in migrating SAP IDM services to SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now certification is a plus.
