Description:

The Training Manager, TMO provides oversight and manages all training programs and all OJT coordinators at KAA and DAA. The Training Manager, TMO also provides oversight and is responsible for the development and implementation of the training management system (TMS), as well as the incorporation of a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) as a tool to reduce wasted resources while enhancing the overall training program.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree

• Minimum of eight (8) years training management experience (Army).(DD214 required to verify)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to be used in the preparation of reports, charts, and other required products.

• Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.

• Must be able to pass a driver's license test

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.

Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
