Job Description - Industrial Security Investigation Specialist | Investigator

Job Scope: Responsible for investigating reported cases of theft, vandalism, misconduct, forgery, and other violations in the workplace and community areas to uphold law and order . Coordinates with employee departments, HR, and law enforcement to resolve cases. Supervises Security Investigators and submits detailed reports to the Security Department Manager for further action.
Role & Responsibilities:

Investigate reported incidents, including:
- Theft of company property
- Vandalism, financial misappropriation, fraud, and bribery
- Misuse of ID/vehicle stickers
- Workplace/community misconduct and altercations
Prepare and submit detailed investigation reports to the Security Manager for review and corrective action.
Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to address cases requiring disciplinary action; liaise with Police Department when necessary.
Mediate conflicts in community areas impartially, ensuring resolution with consent from all parties and in coordination with the ISD Manager.
Maintain organized records of investigation reports for future reference and provide statistical data to management.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Security Department Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field.
6+ years of relevant experience in industrial security (not corporate security).
