Innovation and Digital Delivery Manager

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking an Innovation and Digital Delivery Manager to join our forward-thinking team. This role is dedicated to enhancing project delivery through innovative digital solutions and cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry while effectively meeting the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance project delivery and overall operational efficiency.
• Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop and refine digital strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Lead projects focused on digital transformation, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new technologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on project delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of innovation and digital literacy within the organization.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related
• disciplines.,
• Minimum 15 years’ of overall professional experience in Design or Construction from a design discipline background with at least 5 years’ experience in digital delivery management and BIM Implementation on complex infrastructure and mixed-use urban projects.,
• Current or past experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in digital delivery management, with a focus on BIM, Common Data Environment (CDE), GIS implementation, digital twin utilization, and coordination.,
• Proficient in a range of industry standards BIM authoring and proprietary software applications such as: Revit, Civil 3D, AECOSIM, Navisworks, Rhino 3D, VICO, Cost X, Synchro, BIMTrack, or other similar applications and digital tools.
• Proven experience in VDC/BIM management and implementation for complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), CAD software, and GIS platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
• Experience with digital twin technology and implementation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
