Innovation Specialist

Candidates should have strong capabilities in innovation management and experience working in consulting environments, particularly in projects related to Digital Government Authority (DGA) – Qiyas innovation requirements.

• Support the development and implementation of innovation initiatives and programs within client organizations.
• Participate in organizing and facilitating innovation workshops, ideation sessions, and hackathons.
• Assist in designing innovative solutions aligned with organizational challenges and strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the development of innovation frameworks, methodologies, and operational tools.
• Support the documentation of innovation processes, reports, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of innovation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or similar frameworks.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in innovation, consulting, or strategy-related roles.
• Experience supporting workshops, innovation programs, hackathons.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
