Job Description - Inside Sales Marketing Executive

JobSummary:

Our client a leadingplayer in the shipping industry is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales& Marketing Executive to join their team in Jeddah. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growthand implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers andretain existingones.

Responsibilities:

  • Conductmarket research to identify potential customers and target segmentsin the shipping industry.
  • Develop and executesales and marketing campaigns to promote company services andgenerate leads.
  • Engage with prospectivecustomers via phone calls emails and other communication channelsto introduce company offerings and convert leads into salesopportunities.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers understanding their needs andproviding tailored solutions to meet theirrequirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales teamto follow up on leads qualify prospects and close deals to achievesales targets.
  • Prepare sales proposalspresentations and contracts for prospective clients addressingtheir specific needs and offering competitivepricing.
  • Coordinate with internal departmentssuch as operations logistics and customer service to ensureseamless delivery of services and customersatisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to managecustomer interactions track sales activities and generate reportson sales performance and pipelineactivity.
  • Stay updated on industry trendscompetitor activities and market developments to identifyopportunities for business growth anddifferentiation.
  • Participate in industry eventstrade shows and networking activities to promote company visibilityand expand the customerbase.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • 38 years of experience in inside salesmarketing or business development preferably in the shipping orlogistics industry.
  • Proven track record ofachieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
  • Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written with the ability to engage and influencecustomers effectively.
  • Strong negotiation andclosing skills with a customerfocused approach tosales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applicationsand CRM software.
  • Ability to work independentlyprioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabiclanguages ispreferred.
