Key Responsibilities for Branch Operations Sales:

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the branch.

  3. Actively promote and sell products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits tailored to individual preferences.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and strategies within the branch setting.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  6. Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with branch-specific promotional initiatives.
  7. Engage in continuous training and development to enhance sales skills and deepen product knowledge specific to branch operations.


Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
