Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments in accordance with the company’s audit strategy.


• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls across all business lines.


• Identify areas of potential improvement and provide actionable recommendations to management.


• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans based on identified risks.


• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.


• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits.


• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff.


• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.


• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and report on progress.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA are a plus.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 12 years and up to 20 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.


• Proven experience in constructing and implementing internal audit plans.


• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and internal control frameworks.


• Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance issues is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual Salary: Between ﷼28,000 and ﷼35,000 based on qualifications and experience.
