Ourclient is one of the reputed operations in the facilitiesmanagement industry providing facilities services &solutions to royal clients associated with them in the entirekingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are looking to hire a kitchen& laundry engineer with one of their client sites based inRiyadh.
Inthis role, your responsibilities will not be limited but to someextent areas:
- Ensurethat all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced toupkeep all equipment and avoidbreakdown
- Performpreventive maintenance and completes the turnover quickly andefficiently to satisfy and meet the Guestneeds
- Respondto breakdowns of types of equipment and be available in case ofemergency and apply the appropriate action as per Hotel policy andstandards
- Operatein a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests andcolleagues health and safety, as well as protect and conserve theenvironment
- Youwill handle all the planned maintenance of the equipment, and spareparts within budget., as well as coordinate with all otherdepartments of the sites to maintain their equipment in goodworking order.
- Train& develop the skills of technicians and other staffinvolved in the daily usage of these types ofequipment.
Requirements
Tobe considered for this role you should possess the followingcriteria:
1. Minimum of 4years of experience as a kitchen & laundryengineer
2. Should have a strong command todrive the technician force.
3.Must be able to handle troubleshooting & preventivemaintenance breakdown smoothly.
4.Should be willing to work & based in Riyadh. Candidateswithin UAE, willing to relocate will be considered & givenproperassistance.
