Internal Communication Sr. Specialist at Ninja plays a key role in strengthening employee engagement and alignment by creating and delivering impactful communication programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and distribute internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and employee updates.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop messages aligned with the company’s goals and values.
• Manage internal communication channels, including email, digital platforms, and interactive signage.
• Oversee internal communication projects from planning to execution, ensuring achievement of defined objectives.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to measure communication effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Organize and promote internal events that foster engagement and strengthen team collaboration.
• Provide communication support for change management initiatives to ensure clarity and transparency in messaging.
• Develop innovative strategies to increase employee awareness of corporate initiatives, policies, and programs.
• Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations to enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in digital communication tools and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
