Responsibilities:

• Workclosely with Project Managers to provide appropriate resources tosuccessfully executeprojects
  
• Establishdiscipline specific work plans/estimates to complete for departmentstaff assignedprojects
  
• Overseeproduction of work product to ensure client requirements andcompany standards aremet
  
• Superviseprojects and staff to ensure performance metrics and goals aremet
  
• Frequentclientcommunication
  
• Providetechnical support toteam
  
• AssistHuman Resources with recruitment/training ofstaff
  
• Maintainstaffing records to maximize staffing and departmentutilization
  
• Performstaff management and annual staffreviews
  
• Assistwith business development efforts including preparing andpresentingpresentations
  
• Participatein trade organizations as a representative of thecompany
  
• Executecompany QA/QCprocedures
