Inventory Integrity Analyst

Greenville is looking to hire an Inventory Integrity Analyst (Cycle Counter)

This position  plays a critical role as guardian of our supply chain.  This role provides consistent, high-accuracy analysis of production floor inventory to eliminate material discrepancies.  The goal is simple but vital: zero inventory errors to ensure our production schedule remains uninterrupted.

This position is an hourly 3rd shift position.

Your responsibilities will include

• Inventory Auditing:  Execute cycle counts according to established strategies and specific Material Planner requests


• Risk Mitigation:  Conduct weekly audits of 'high-risk' parts to improve record integrity and prevent production stock-outs


• Logistics Coordination:  Manage the movement, internal scheduling, and shipping of 'farm-out' part processes


• Process Integrity: Enforce container management protocols and ensure parts are stored in their correct designated locations


• Reporting:  Document discrepancies and work closely with the Inventory Lead to identify root causes of inventory drift

Minimum requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or a GED


• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, material handling, or warehouse operations


• Must be able to obtain a PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) license


• Must be comfortable operating a Stock Picker and Turret truc at various heights

Preferred skills and experiences

• High proficiency in data entry


• Previous experience with SAP or similar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)


• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneourly with extreme accuracy and confidentiality


• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision during the 3rd shift

Physical Demands & Environment

• Ability to maneuver around assembly cells, heavy machinery, and factory floor equipment


• Must be comfortable working in warehouse setting and entering/exiting trailers


• Capable of sitting for extended periods of time for computer work while remainign active on the floor as needed
