Also, he has to update Almarai section about Tadawul Website and ensure it meets all the requirements of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regarding disclosure

•Minimum 6 years in similar role.
•Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, commerce or Business administration
•Good verbal and written English skills.
•Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
•Strong communication skills.
