Investor Relations, Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external consultants for implementing investor relations strategies as aligned with the management.
• Prepare reports for Regulatory filings, Annual returns, etc.
• Work closely with Finance team in preparing quarterly and annual earnings release material.
• Organize calls with investors and prepare the management with relevant material.
• Prepare announcements related to company disclosure in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and external consultant in preparing the annual report.
• Handle inquiries from shareholders and investors.
• proactively communicate and engage with key investors.
• Review of changes in shareholding pattern by analysing shareholders register.
• Industry and peer companies’ financials and business analysis.
• Manage investor relations portal with updated information.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred:

• Certificate in Investor Relations.
• Certificate in iFsah Professional.
