IT Governance Team Lead (Saudi National)

As the IT Governance Team Lead, you will oversee the governance activities within the IT department, including access control, policy documentation, and IT governance frameworks. You will work closely with IT leadership and governance committees to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, enhance governance practices, and monitor key indicators related to governance efforts. The role will require strong expertise in IT governance, documentation, and IT governance committees to ensure that IT operations are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Governance Framework: Develop and maintain IT governance policies, processes, and frameworks to ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Access Management: Oversee the management and governance of IT access controls, ensuring proper authorization protocols are in place and followed.
• Governance Documentation: Lead efforts to document and manage IT-related governance activities, ensuring all actions are recorded and easily traceable.
• Committee Collaboration: Work closely with IT governance committees and related boards to ensure the continuous alignment of IT practices with governance policies.
• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant standards, laws, and internal governance policies.
• Monitor KPIs: Track and report on key governance-related performance indicators, ensuring that IT governance activities are consistently followed and measured.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT governance professionals, fostering a culture of compliance, integrity, and performance.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in IT governance or a related field, with a proven track record in access management and governance-related tasks.
• Expertise in IT governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, or ITIL.
• Experience working with IT governance committees and documenting governance processes.
• Strong understanding of indicators and metrics related to governance oversight.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Saudi nationality (as specified).
