IT Project coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in the planning and execution of IT projects.
• Facilitate coordination between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation, including agendas, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Assist with resource allocation and budget tracking for projects.
• Identify potential risks or obstacles and work with the team to develop solutions.
• Coordinate communication and updates to all project stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination within an IT environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Basic knowledge of IT project management methodologies.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
