JIRA Administrator

Optimiza is currently seeking a skilled JIRA Administrator to enhance our project management and tracking capabilities. In this role, you will manage the JIRA platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our teams and facilitating efficient project workflows. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping our organization adopt Agile methodologies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain JIRA, including project configurations, workflows, and user permissions.
• Provide support and training to teams on JIRA best practices and effective usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions to optimize JIRA workflows.
• Develop and manage JIRA dashboards, filters, and reports for effective project tracking and visibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JIRA functionality and user access.
• Stay informed about the latest JIRA features, plugins, and industry best practices.
• Document processes and provide training materials to enhance user adoption and understanding.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a JIRA Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience in configuring JIRA projects, workflows, and custom fields.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot JIRA-related issues efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
