Jira developer - Short-Term Contract (3 Months)

We are seeking a skilled Jira Developer to design, develop, and customize Jira solutions that support business and technical teams. The role focuses on workflow optimization, automation, system integrations, and advanced customization of the Atlassian ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Jira workflows, screens, and custom fields.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Jira plugins/apps.
• Implement automation to improve process efficiency.
• Integrate Jira with third-party tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Slack, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize Jira REST APIs to develop custom solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Jira-related technical issues.
• Manage permissions, performance optimization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban) to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Proven experience with Jira Software and/or Jira Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of Java and/or Groovy (ScriptRunner experience preferred).
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing apps for the Atlassian Marketplace.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
• Atlassian certifications are a plus.
