Job Description - Join the MENAFoods Team: Become a Pick -up and Delivery Driver!

As a Pick Up and Delivery Driver at MENAFoods, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of groceries to our valued customers. You will be responsible for picking up orders from our warehouse and delivering them promptly to designated locations, providing exceptional service along the way.

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Collect orders from the warehouse and ensure all items are accurately loaded onto the delivery vehicle.
Timely Delivery: Navigate delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely drop -offs to customers' doorsteps.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to customers, including greeting recipients, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any issues promptly.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and delivering orders.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the warehouse team and management regarding delivery schedules, order status, and any challenges encountered during deliveries.
Documentation: Accurately record delivery information, including recipient signatures and any delivery exceptions.
Problem Solving: Handle delivery -related issues or customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, seeking assistance from management when needed.
Requirements:



Requirements

Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience: Previous experience in a delivery or driving role is preferred but not required.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as navigate stairs and other obstacles during deliveries.
Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential for this role to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic or English to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast -paced environment and willingness to assist with other tasks as needed.
