A distinguished culinary brand recognised for excellence in upscale dining, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef specialising in Mediterranean cuisine for our seasonal opening in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing daily kitchen activities, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Contribute creatively to Mediterranean menu development and seasonal dishes.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, maintaining an atmosphere of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines in the kitchen at all times.
• Support inventory management, ingredient procurement, and cost-effective kitchen practices.
• Actively participate in training programs and help maintain team motivation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-end Mediterranean or fine dining kitchen.
• Solid understanding of Mediterranean cooking techniques, ingredients, and contemporary presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with proven supervisory experience.
• Good organisational skills, ability to handle pressure, and maintain consistency under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage but not essential.
