Job Description - Key Accounts Executive B2B / Distribution

Foreground is working with a leading Saudi retail and distribution group undergoing a major expansion of its B2B and distribution footprint. As part of this growth, the organization is hiring multiple Key Accounts Executives to strengthen its presence across the Western region.

Role Overview

The Key Accounts Executive – B2B will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with wholesalers, retailers, contractors, and project-based clients within their assigned region.

This role is execution-focused and requires strong market presence, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive sales across diverse distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with wholesalers, retailers, contractors, and B2B clients within the assigned region
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand market reach
  • Execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall commercial objectives
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to regional growth plans
  • Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and pricing trends
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient delivery and stock availability
  • Support collection processes and maintain healthy account performance
  • Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, pipelines, and client performance

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, distribution, or key account management
  • Strong exposure to wholesale, retail, or contractor-driven environments
  • Experience within Saudi Arabia, particularly in Western regions
  • HoReCa experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate independently in the field
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
