Job Overview:

A new Mediterranean café opening in Riyadh is seeking 6 reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porters to support the back-of-house operations. As a key part of the kitchen team, you will ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across all kitchen areas, contributing to the smooth daily running of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitise all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and waste disposal zones.
• Assist in the organisation of storage areas and deliveries.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks as required.
• Follow strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure equipment is stored properly and the kitchen is ready for service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
• Strong team spirit and willingness to support other departments as needed.
• Basic English understanding preferred.
