The Position

We are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to join our multi-skilled team and to manage the Logistics and Procurement for MARSS KSA. 

Main Responsibilities 

Given the nature of our flexible team and fast-moving environment, the range of responsibilities is wide and provides an opportunity to develop your skills and experience in many areas: 

• Experience with global Import/Export procedures and licensing, for movement goods inbound and outbound


• Managing the logistics process in the region, including liaising with relevant government agencies to facilitate inbound and outbound customs and taxes.


• Knowledge and experience of applicable custom portals and processes such as; SABER, FAHSS, etc


• Warehouse and stock management


• Managing in-country sourcing events on behalf of MARSS


• Responsible for supply chain (procurement, purchasing, following deliveries and shipments..)


• Manage supplier relationships in the region, carrying out relevant supply chain activities where required (audits, risk assessments, etc.)


• Representing MARSS to our clients and facilitating logistics between their own internal stores and MARSS.
  


• Responsible for all office related orders (Macbooks, desks…)

Additional Responsibilities

• Liaising with Monaco Head office and other locations where necessary for shipping and repair returns


•  Maintain accurate contact databases, inventory and records

Essential Requirements 

• At least 5 years of Logistics experience in multi-disciplined security/defence, telecommunications or maritime systems environment.


• Proven working experience in a relevant position and industry.


• Supply chain experience, dealing with multiple international suppliers.


• Must possess Native Arabic writing/verbal skills and fluent English verbal, written and presentation skills..


• Experience of working in the Middle East.


• Experience of working with Military or Government Organisations.


• Located in KSA


• Must possess a valid driving license.
