Labor Market Policies & Strategy Senior Manager - Short-Term Contract

A leading Big 4 consulting firm is seeking a Senior Manager or Director-level Labor Market Policies & Strategy professional to lead the delivery of a strategic public sector engagement in Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in labour market policies, employment strategies, workforce development, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of labor market policies and strategies in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, or supporting labor market strategies, employment policies, and workforce development initiatives.
• Familiarity with international frameworks and standards of organizations such as:

• International Labour Organization (ILO)
• World Bank
• United Nations (UN)
• Experience engaging with senior government stakeholders, including ministerial and executive leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, policy analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Previous experience supporting government entities or public sector transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in the GCC and public sector advisory projects is highly desirable.

Engagement Details

• Onsite assignment in Saudi Arabia.
• Initial contract duration of six months.
