Landscaping Design Engineer

As a Landscaping Design Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for supporting all landscaping design activities within our projects. You will develop and define comprehensive landscaping design guidelines to be adhered to by our township design teams, enhancing the standardization of practices to ensure both constructability and cost-efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of best-in-class landscaping designs by considering lifetime costs, constructability, and customer feedback. In this collaborative role, you will work as part of the integrated project delivery team and report to the project manager, providing technical support during construction to resolve landscaping issues and identifying value engineering opportunities to optimize costs and simplify delivery procedures related to landscaping.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Landscaping Design.

Skills

• Proficient in Value Engineering, Engineering Planning and Review, Design and Specification, and Design Review.

• Strong Quality Management, Stakeholder Management & Communication skills.

• Ability to manage Risks, Opportunities, and Issues.

• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Auditing & Compliance, and Health, Safety, and Environment Management.

• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code and Policies & Standards Development.

• Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
