Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Lapware applications in various environments.
• Provide technical support and training to users of Lapware solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and customize Lapware applications to fit their needs.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of Lapware systems.
• Document processes, configurations, and user guides for Lapware implementations.
• Stay updated on Lapware developments and industry best practices.
• Assist in integration efforts with other software solutions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in managing or supporting Lapware solutions.
• Proficient in configuring and optimizing Lapware systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with users and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with software integration and deployment processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
