How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be a key member of the L&D Team responsible for the development of Cartier's boutique teams, responsible for engaging and training retail associates and management to consistently meet expectations of the client and Cartier's international standards. You will bring them expertise in selling philosophy, leadership skills, facilitate face-to-face training in the boutique, virtual trainings where required and support delivery of the retail excellence programme. In addition, you will ensure all new employees are on-boarded with the regional L&D team and provide on-going coaching and support to the boutique managemet. You will be a key collaborator with stakeholders across the business including HR & work very closely with the regional team in Dubai.

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Arabicwith excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You have a minimum of 3 years experience in an L&D position, preferably in a retail environment which includes facilitation of learning workshops in-person and online as well as a strong experience in observation and coaching with an emphasis on product, client development and customer excellence. CIPD or Train-The-Trainer certification is a preference. This role requires approximately 80% of your time in boutique, and willingess to travel to all cities in Saudi Arabia with market visits to the UAE when required. Due to Nationalization, this role is only open to Saudi nationals.
