Lead, Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible of managing and maintaining Cybersecurity systems and infrastructure in terms of implementation, deployment, testing, maintenance and administration of relevant hardware and software and take necessary decisions to protect and defend systems and networks against Cybersecurity threats. Provides general Cybersecurity support. Assists in cybersecurity tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Provide Quality Assurance for Tier I (Service Desk) support (Ticket building, Process adherence, Sensor Management / Monitoring, and SLA).
2. Execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and procedures at the time of crisis and successful Cyber breaches.
3. Provide Technical escalation point for Tier I (Security Incidents, Security Alerts, and response to General Enquiries that require Security input).
4. Manage and monitor Cybersecurity infrastructure and systems performance according to identified KPI's and measures.
5. Perform required hardening and configurations review activity
6. Perform periodical vulnerability scans and patch management
7. Plan and execute required penetration tests and ethical hacking activities with proper mitigation plans and observations closure
8. Perform adequate assets management activity to ensure comprehensive digital assets inventory accuracy
9. Coordinate with technology providers to ensure required support and up to date infrastructure
10. Takes an active part in the resolution of problems, even after they are escalated.

Skills:

• Strong networking skills.

• Technical knowledge in security products (i.e. Firewalls, IPS, EDR, Email Security ...etc.)

• Skills in operation of SIEM (Security Incident and Event Monitoring) systems (i.e. Archsight, Splunk, QRadar).

• Good understanding of Cybersecurity standards (NCA, ISO27001, NIST, IEC 62443).

• Good understanding of IT service management practices.

• Cloud Security.

Minimum Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information System, Computer Engineering, Computer Forensics or any other related field.

Minimum Experience:

▪ Minimum of 7 years' related experience in Cybersecurity, IT, and project management.
